Hi! I'm Amber, Neurodivergent mumma to an Autistic little one. I was diagnosed Autistic at 3 years old, but had no idea what it actually all meant or how to advocate for myself until I started navigating my son's diagnosis. 

I realised to actually create change I had to start speaking openly about my experiences. Through doing so, I discovered I also have ADHD and was diagnosed in 2022. 

I now use my lived experiences to educate and support other autistic and adhd people, parents and parents of ND children.

I also have a podcast the Neurodivergent Awakening and a membership!
