Shipping Policy

1️⃣ ORDERING PROCESS

• All wigs are made or prepared after full payment is completed.

• Processing time: 3–5 business days after the final installment.

• Each wig is inspected, styled, and packaged with care before shipping.

2️⃣ DELIVERY TIME

• Local deliveries: 1–3 business days.

• EU/International deliveries: 5–10 business days depending on your location and courier service.

• Tracking numbers are provided once the order is dispatched.

3️⃣ SHIPPING FEE

• Standard shipping fee: €10–€20 depending on destination.

• Free shipping may apply to VIP members or during special promotions.

4️⃣ DELAYS

While we do our best to meet delivery times, please note that custom wigs, postal delays, or public holidays may affect delivery dates. We’ll always keep you updated

💶 RUFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1️⃣ REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Because wigs are custom or hygienic items, refunds are not offered once production has started or after week 2 of your payment plan.

However, we want you happy — if there’s a genuine issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help 💋

2️⃣ DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

• If your wig arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Send clear photos/video proof.

• We’ll replace or repair your wig at no extra cost once verified.

3️⃣ 🙅📓CANCELLATION

• You can cancel within the first 7 days after your first installment for a full refund (minus €10 admin fee).

• After 7 days, cancellations will incur a 30% processing fee, as materials may already be in use.

4️⃣ 📈📉EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are possible before shipping (change of style, length, or color) depending on availability.

• Once shipped, no exchanges can be made.

• For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or styled by customers cannot be returned.
