The world is currently grappling with the alleged horrors of the Epstein affair. One even more gruesome story after another is circulating in the media and on social media. From mass rapes to satanic ritual abuse to infant and human sacrifice to the consumption of the flesh and entrails of children and young girls to murder plots to cover up and conceal the affair, and so on.
Nothing seems too outlandish when it comes to the horror stories surrounding the Epstein case.
However, the "Epstein case" is certainly not unique in this world. There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of similar cases, stories, and tales involving satanic ritual abuse, human sacrifice, (infant) murder, cannibalism, and the most gruesome, horrific details.
These kinds of cases are occurring in virtually every Western country. This would then involve "ritual satanic abuse," often involving hundreds of "victims" and "perpetrators." No evidence has ever been found for any of these cases. Nevertheless, countless alleged "perpetrators" have been convicted.
The most famous Dutch case in my home country, the Netherlands, is the alleged "satanic abuse" case, "The Eper Incest Case" (a must-read article that exposes some of the mechanisms in these types of cases - Google translated).
The "Eper Incest Affair" initially began as an alleged case of incestuous abuse by the father of two girls, the sisters Jolanda and Evelien van Baak. It escalated into an endless string of the most gruesome, horrific accusations of child prostitution, ritual rapes, child sacrifices, cannibalism, and literally everything that would make your hair stand on end if it were true, involving the entire family, virtually everyone in Epe and the surrounding area, and all the dignitaries and anyone of any standing in the area and elsewhere, both domestically and internationally.
Almost all such cases are based on false statements and forgeries, often with the help of so-called "psychotherapists" and "hypnotherapists"—who often claim to be specialized in "satanic abuse"—who extract "hidden memories" from the alleged "victims." Convictions are often based on false "perpetrator confessions" and induced false "victim and perpetrator memories." These so-called "confessions" are often coerced into making people believe they are guilty or the victim of the alleged abuse and horrors. Objectively speaking, these cases, and therefore also the convictions and claims of victimhood, are built on quicksand.
The alleged "ritual abuse" knows no bounds in terms of alleged "atrocities and horribly inhumane perpetrators." It often degenerates and spirals out of control, as in "The Eper Incest Affair" happened, from accusations of incest by fathers, brothers, or (both) parents to mass sexual abuse, ritual or otherwise; (infant) murder; ritual human sacrifice; horrific torture, ritual or otherwise; and so on.
The only limit to the horror stories seems to be the imagination of the alleged "victims"—and their "therapists." And the public that doesn't hesitate to endlessly add 'details' to these cases with often completely fabricated horrors and blowing these cases completely out of any proportion.
Ultimately, the case often involves not only parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews, but also entire communities (both church and actual communities, as well as those villages and towns) and countless dignitaries, doctors, politicians, police officers, church leaders, and anyone with even a bit of a public reputation.
False accusations of alleged sexual abuse and/or incest are unfortunately often used and abused in revenge against fathers, mothers, both parents, relatives, friends, acquaintances, and in business conflicts and sometimes even against complete strangers, but especially in contentious divorces. These are horrific cases in themselves, but the accusations we see in "The Eper Incest Affair" and now also in the Epstein case are the superlative degree of these kinds of cases. They are unique in this sense because they can lead to mass psychosis among people who are completely uninvolved in the case but who believe absolutely everything they see, hear, or read about the alleged affair.
It seems to make absolutely no difference how improbable the accusations are. Accusations of ritual abuse, assault, and murder that in some cases are not even limited to the present but even the "past lives" of the alleged "victims." Abuse and other atrocities that, due to various circumstances, could not have occurred at all. The "true believers" seem completely indifferent to this.
The Epstein case is undeniably politically motivated. If not in the literal political sense, then as fodder for conspiracy theorists who, besides often having a monetary interest, have a vested interest in placing reality and anything even remotely resembling realism in a dark, suspicious framework. You have to believe, according to them, that we live in a world governed by extremely dark cabals that have anything but the best interests of humanity at heart. That they use and abuse us, as ordinary citizens, to indulge their demonic and satanic lusts, to grow richer than rich at our expense, and to wield power over us. That they use and abuse us as mindless pawns in their power games.
In many of these conspiracy stories, it's not even about people anymore, but rather so-called alien or superhuman perpetrators who can "shapeshift" and who, disguised as humans, move among us. A large proportion of these so-called and alleged conspiracies involve classic antisemitism, with Jews, Israel, and the Israeli secret service, the Mossad, playing a key role.
These kinds of cases, where accusations spiral out of control, are extremely worrying. The most worrying aspect is the unprecedented number of people who take everything they see, hear, or read seriously. The conspiracy world was traditionally a relatively closed one, where the usual suspects gave free rein to their highly fertile imaginations. The vast majority of people with any sense of reality ignored these people and their wild theories.
Often, these horror stories, with no basis in reality whatsoever, remained confined to the municipality or community directly "involved." The rest of the community, or the world at large, watched the events unfold with some pity and disbelief, taking the horrific accusations relatively lightly, if not with a grain of salt.
What we're seeing now, however, is of a completely different order. Of a completely different magnitude, too. The Epstein case now seems to be occupying the entire world. People you wouldn't expect are immersing themselves in the most sensational, utterly unrealistic stories surrounding Epstein's alleged "pedophile island," the alleged "pedophile and prostitution ring," and the horror stories of mass child abuse, the forced or otherwise prostitution of dozens, if not hundreds, or even thousands, of underage girls (and sometimes boys), and the horror stories of babies and girls, both born and unborn, being sacrificed during alleged satanic ritual services and orgies, murders and suicides, and so on and so forth.
A whole world of shadows has also developed regarding the alleged "perpetrators" and their "accomplices." Virtually everyone, if not everyone, named in the Epstein files, in any context or capacity, including people who died 40 years ago or more, is accused of participating in the alleged "pedophile" or "prostitution ring," if not also of participating in baby and child sacrifice, the alleged endless orgies with underage girls, and the ritual murder and cannibalization of people.
The alleged number of both "perpetrators" and "victims" runs into the hundreds, if not thousands. If the stories were to be believed, Epstein's island, as well as his ranch, would be a vast cemetery of babies and children's bodies, the corpses of young girls, the corpses of "traitors," and the corpses of countless other people who, for whatever reason, had to be murdered by Epstein and his cabal—which, given its supposedly gigantic size, can no longer be called a cabal. And then we're just talking about the corpses of people who weren't supposedly dissolved in some kind of acid.
You honestly wonder how people can lose their critical thinking in such droves that, as is now the case, there's a massive call to convict, if necessary, without evidence or charges, anyone even remotely associated with Epstein, regardless of the context and in whatever role, if not summarily execute them.
My faith in humanity has never been very high, but the appalling number of people who blindly believe these kinds of things certainly doesn't contribute to that.
I expect and hope that the whole Epstein storm will eventually subside and die down, and we can then calmly assess the real damage. And where actual evidence exists against certain people, where necessary, people will be held accountable for criminal cases. But I'm certainly not reassured. The storm appears to be only intensifying and has the potential to escalate into a devastating hurricane of a force rarely seen in our history.
