4th Quarter. New Moves to Improve. Your 1st Look 💪🏾🗣️💯

Ayyye‼️ The world is changing fast, and things are changing over here, too. Everybody reading this has supported me in some way, so I wanted y’all to hear this FIRST.

I turn 45 on October 25. Mama made me different—and in celebration, I’m preparing to release books I’ve written and am self-publishing. 📚

Before the public release, I’m inviting y’all to get an early look. Message me “BOOKS” if you want a sample to read through. 🧠 Exploring independent thinking, self-management, and why measuring where you are matters when deciding where you’re going.

🎲 Developing new concepts around turning personal growth into a real-life role-playing experience, alongside exploring fitness and adult creator collaborations.

🗣️ Creating messages about taking action NOW, even when your first attempt isn’t your best.

☕ Bringing it together here through Lawrenzo’s Flashback Friday, more Motivational Mondays, and closer looks at what I’m building.

I’m working diligently to move these things from conversations into completed work. Some are ready to share. Others still need developing, testing, and refining—and I’ll bring y’all along through that process.

I’ve also been hired to do production work with the team at Johnny Atomic Studios. As I get deeper into that work heading into the new year, a lot of my social videos will revisit and refresh my own earlier content. There’s value in those messages, and I’m giving myself room to grow behind the camera, too.
