As a Life Transitions Coach, I walk alongside clients as they navigate crucial life events like cancer or other major illness, loss of job/relationship/loved ones, and even their last breaths as they approach end of life. All HUGE changes.

ANY change can result in a sense of "loss" of the "way things were" - that's grief, my friends. As we walk through your transition, I'll listen - support - and show the peace and possibilities of each aspect of your journey; with a focus on grief recovery.
