I started Coachilly to help other coaches build successful online coaching practices by sharing helpful tools, technology and industry updates.

All content is contributed by volunteers who run successful coaching businesses and want to give back to the community of coaches.

Since it is brand new, we hope you won't be shy and make it a vibrant place to:

• Share feedback about
• business tools you use, e.g. coaching platforms and how well they work for you. Public reviews for these are still rare (or sponsored), but honest feedback is so important in our decision-making, especially since many of the business tools we use become our business backbone;
• services you use, e.g. lead generation agencies, virtual assistant firms, advertising experts, etc. Coaches get bombarded every day with offers for such services, but how do we know which ones are worth our investment?
• Ask for feedback to refine your business, e.g. your first website, your offerings, your logo, your approach, or areas of conflict. It is likely that others have the same questions, so don't think you're alone in building and refining.
• Share feedback and resources (no solicitations!) with your peers. Do you have a book to recommend? A course?
• Find peer coaches to practice with in preparation for your ICF or EMCC certification. This is a great way to barter you time in exchange for coaching feedback.
• Make friends so you're not getting lonely and discouraged as you take sometimes tough and lengthy road to grow your business.
• Again...no solicitations. We want to make this community a safe space to come to without being sold to. That said, we are planning to set up a separate channel or space within the community to list your expertise and services with tags so people can search for what they need and reach out on their own terms. Sounds fair?
