I'm Coach Croft! I am a certified RRCA coach + Chi Running Instructor in Oklahoma but I work with athletes all around the world!
My primary focus is on Masters + Menopausal athletes, however, I enjoy connecting with runners of all abilities, celebrating their victories, and helping them achieve their best through coaching + workshops.
It is my goal to help athletes rediscover their power + remove limitations so they can achieve their goals.
