Last weekend, we put together a taco bar! 
We had soft shell and crunchy tacos, beef and beans, rice, cheese, chips, veggies, and salad. We did a short prep at Family Kitchen to chop some veggies and prep the beans, and then cooked the meat and rice Saturday morning. Family Kitchen was a big help in letting us use their hotel pans and cambros so we could store and heat all the different ingredients we had.
Really great to see how many people from COS showed up to help with meal prep and distro — one of our best attended weeks in awhile! A couple BEP folks mentioned how nice it was to have such a big crew for the distro, it seemed like it really helps to have all the extra hands. Big thanks to Family Kitchen and Bend Equity Project per usual!
