My name is Cristiano, I'm a designer & developer who for a few years has been in love with the concept of Slow TV, but not doing much about it. But this changed during this COVID pandemic, when with a friend we designed Escapista, a website to highlight the incredible producers from YouTube while helping popularize Slow TV and help all the quarantined people around the world feel better. Under the hood the website uses a regular YouTube Embedded Player, so all views and ad revenue goes to the original creators.
All coffees will be used to pay the services we need to keep the website running - and also some actual coffee to fuel the many hours of searching and curating for the best Slow TV we can find.
