Hi, I’m Meaghan - a South Australian teacher, IVF/Rainbow/NICU mum and the author and illustrator behind Clive&Co. I am in the process of self-publishing my debut children’s book, Brave Beginnings. This story was born from some of the hardest days of my life, when my son was born prematurely and we spent significant time in the NICU. Through writing and illustration, I’ve found a way to honour that journey and turn it into something that I hope can bring comfort, strength, and connection to others walking a similar path.

Every contribution here helps me put my picture book, Brave Beginnings, into the hands of NICU families in hospitals or staying at Ronald McDonald Houses.
