My duty is to protect, never to oppress.
My authority is a trust, granted by you, to safeguard your rights and your persons.
My loyalty is to the Covenant of Collective Governorship and the principles of liberty, justice, and human dignity it enshrines.
I swear:
To uphold the Constitution and the laws derived from it, using force only as a last resort and only to prevent grievous harm.
To never violate the sanctity of a private home or communication without a lawful warrant, for I am a guardian of liberty, not its invader.
To never obey an order that I know to be immoral or illegal, for my conscience is bound to the Covenant above any single commander.
To be a servant of the public peace, recognizing that my role is to de-escalate, to protect the vulnerable, and to ensure the safety of all people, without prejudice or favor.
I am a defender of the people, a shield against true threats, and a guardian of our collective freedom. This I swear, publicly and without reservation."
