Walking Notes

I have no idea how many walks I’ve been on.

I’ve been on short walks, and I’ve been on long walks. I never learned to drive, so I’ve spent my life on foot, through cities, villages, countrysides, deserts, and forests. If it has a path, I’ve probably wandered down it.

People often ask me why I walk. Everything around us is fast-paced, frantic, and optimised. Walking is wonderfully slow. Sometimes, I think it’s one of the most radical things we can do.

Sometimes I also write about the books I have read or whatever else grabs my attention.
