Thank you for visiting.  During this period of Social Distancing I am running online live-streamed classes. You can visit my website for details on the schedule or joining or follow my social media pages.

My aim as a a teacher is to help you develop a deeper sense of embodiment and to integrate mind, body and spirit so that you can live your life with better mobility, more focus, less anxiety and more intentionality.

My vinyasa flow classes are strong and creative with emphasis on building the breathing rhythm that is at the heart of an integrated practice.

My Hatha yoga classes focus on expanding sensory awareness and mindfulness with detailed technical instructions.

I completed my initial teacher training with Triyoga in 2011 and have also completed my 500 hour teacher training with Jason Crandell.
