A Little About Me 🌿 I’m Claire — a nurse, unpaid carer, dog mum and lover of the outdoors. 🐾 Life can be overwhelming, and with ADHD and autism, getting outside has become a huge part of looking after my mental health. Waterfalls, woodland, fresh air and muddy adventures give me space to switch off, breathe and reset. 🌲💧 I’m sharing my adventures to hopefully inspire others to get outside and discover their own little escapes.
