Welcome! I am an expressive artist, Certified ANFT Nature and Forest therapy Guide and craftswoman living and working in Devon, England. In 2013 I founded Creative Journeys in nature, weaving my love of art and nature together to curate workshops and forest therapy walks to connect adults and children with their innate creativity and our natural world.  Why Honey? Well, I gave up coffee and I absolutely love honey and I love to support bees and keepers who look after them in caring and sustainable ways. I will be sharing with you, simple sensory invitations that arise while I'm walking in the woods. These invitations help me to de stress and come into the present moment. Kind of like mindfulness but much more effortless and playful. In this state deep healing occurs as I respond to the trees and plants. Sometimes there are tears, sometimes giggles or gentle peace and others, the deepest joy. Sometimes all of these as I arrive and wander through the woods allowing my intuition to guide me. I hope that these invitations will enable you to connect more deeply with our natural world and find inspiration, healing and wisdom to help you deal with the modern world and all it's demands. You can then share them with your friends and family connecting them to the wood wide web for the wellbeing of all living beings.
