CS Brews is committed to natural homebrew. What's that? Well, it means going back a few hundred years in time to when people made this stuff at home. YES, they made wine, cider, mead and beer at home, and they LOVED it. Today, it's so commercialized and difficult and complicated.
It doesn't have to be.

Susan Permane bought 5 mead!.
In a fit of nostalgia (& to escape the dumpster fire that has become 2020), I decided to revisit the hotter-than-Hades summers of my youth in central FL. My teetotaler dad would ferment anything, rest his soul, & I was his taste-tester - resulting in my being in enough of a state of mild inebriation to not care how bloody hot it was. Last week, I bottled my first ever batch of mead, thanks to Brian, Derica (& Dad). The City Steading videos were absolutely helpful (& entertaining!) - I hope my contribution helps you in some small way to keep doing good things. Cheers!
