Soutenir Rachel Hiser, Founder

For over 20 years, I struggled with the roller coaster of weight loss and regain. After experiencing various hormonal issues, serious health challenges and injuries, having several children, and more, I felt stuck and miserable. At the end of 2022, I was clinically obese and near despair over whether I’d ever be able to lose the weight and see the “real me” again.

However, 2023 was a turning point in my life. After researching, experimenting, and getting help, I managed to lose over 70 lbs in just 10 months and created a new, healthier lifestyle that was manageable and sustainable. In that time, I went from a size 20 jeans and 2XL shirt to a size 10 jeans and medium shirt (in USA sizes). It felt unreal, but also like a restoration of my real self.

Along the way, I engaged regularly with other members of a free Facebook weight-loss support group, and many of those members found my advice and support valuable. They asked me to share what I’ve learned in a more formal and organized way. So, after much consideration, planning, and countless hours, I decided to create Chrysalis Health Transformation Group in order to help others, who have struggled like me, to find the solutions and support that will enable them to also experience positive and permanent health transformation.

While I don’t claim to have all the answers, I have observed that there are certain tools, such as community support, mindset shifts, habits, among others, that seem to help more than the diet and exercise fads we see all over the internet. When we drill down to the foundation and understand the tools at our disposal, we can experience exhilarating freedom from the chains of our past and move forward into a life we love and enjoy.

I hope you’ll join me in this journey of a lifetime.
