I'm Shruti, a migraine and mental health advocate. I created an Instagram community @chronicallymeh to share my own journey and truth of living with migraine, complex trauma and BPD. Chronic and mental illness can be isolating and we often find ourselves lost in the darkness. I hope to validate and support people through my content, so nobody ever feels alone in their struggle.
