Lockdown South Africa, Day 5. How are you feeling? I was reminded today of an old saying; "The best view comes from the hardest climb." The situation that we are facing is going to prove to be a very difficult climb indeed. But, one that will reveal a lot of what is really important to you. Sometimes the truly important is often overlooked because of whatever is happening in your life at the time. We are all in a situation where we are forced to slow down and reassess ourselves. Try and focus that energy in a way that you can ascertain what is actually important to you, and give that more attention, be it family, friends or in business... "Reach out" to one another. "Be there" for one another. "Together" we can and we will overcome this. This photo I took last year in the Drakensberg. South Africa never stops to amaze me with her sheer beauty. I will continue to share the beauty of South Africa through my lens; often not getting anywhere close enough to accurately portray the true beauty of what I saw...
