Okay people, we are finally pulling out of this nosedive from Days 5-9. On Day 10…
I…
Finally...
Actually…
WROTE SOMETHING.
It wasn’t a whole lot, really. It was just one little article for a team on Textboker. Just 331 words (250w paid) about what to ask your doctor after having a heart attack. Basic stuff like treatment options, diet and physical activities.
Anyway, I banged that one out in under 20 minutes and made a few bucks for it.
And while it’s nice to make some money writing - even if it’s just a few dollars at a time - the priceless part is that it gave me a little confidence boost and shook me out of my rut.
I needed that here on Day 10, especially after the sh**storm that was Days 5-9.
I had hoped to keep that momentum going and hit the keys again at night, but the rest of the day got away from me and I ran out of steam by the time I had a chance to write again at night.
So maybe I wasn’t completely out of that rut?
I dunno, not yet.
Not completely.
I guess complete rutlessness will have to wait until Day 11…
See ya then.
