À propos Choose to Endure Podcast
Welcome to Choose to Endure, a podcast that shines a spotlight on the incredible endurance and spirit of ultra runners, specifically those who may not always be in the limelight at the back of the pack! We share stories, interviews, gear and training tips, and give listeners a comprehensive view of what it's like to be at the tail end of the ultra runner universe.
This podcast is all about finding commonality and reveling in the shared hardships of competing in this sport. We celebrate the wins and losses that come with spending long hours out on the trail. It’s about growth, challenging yourself, and learning to push beyond your limits. We harness the collective power of knowledge and experience from the slower end of the competition and pass it forward to help others benefit.
Ultimately, it’s a show about helping each other progress on our individual ultra journeys.
While creating this content and adding value to listeners' ultra running experiences is incredibly rewarding and fun, it does come with production costs. Any donation, no matter how small, goes towards offsetting these costs, helping the show break even, and keeping the content flowing.
