Hi, I’m Chris Chilcott or Chilly, I’m the person crouching in the dirt at the edge of the field, trying to look invisible while holding a camera that costs more than my car.
Being an amateur sports photographer means risking a flying ball to the face just to get that perfect, crisp, professional-grade action shot. I love every second of it, but between the cost of the camera equipment, traveling expenses and late-night editing marathons, it takes a lot to keep this operation running.
