In fact, in the foreground there are the ingredients of the sea and the mountains Guanciale, mushrooms, mascarpone while for the sea we have prawns and shrimp broth to cook the pasta. And finally the spicy touch ensured by the nduja.

50 g of bacon

1 onion

3 king prawns

a glass of brandy

1 liter of shrimp broth

A spoonful of mascarpone

1/2 tablespoon of nduja

100 g of pasta (busiati)

A pinch of pecorino
