I discovered adjika and became addicted to it. It's a pepper "pesto" spicy and tasty. It' a Georgian recipe. I searched for the real recipe , but like all popular recipe , there are a lot of version. So I made my own. Each suggestion by Georgian people are welcome

Ingredients:
150 g of bell peppers
1 habanero and 1 jalapeno
350 g of tomato
Salt to taste
20 ml of seeds oil
1/2 tablespoon of fenugreek
1 teaspoon of coriander
4 cloves of garlic
A lot of parsley
10 ml of apple vinegar
