Welcome, April! This month brings so many wonderful things to look forward to. Easter is one of my favorite holidays—I love celebrating with a special meal and spending time with family. The pastel colors of the season always brighten my mood, and I especially enjoy shopping for decor and clothing during this time because of the beautiful color palettes in stores.
April also has a reputation for being a rainy month, which can sometimes put a damper on outdoor plans. But I actually enjoy the rain—it helps me relax, stay inside, and catch up on housework. And since it’s spring, it’s the perfect time for a deep clean! I’m planning to tackle some serious dusting and refreshing my space for the season.
Another thing I always look forward to in April is the blooming flowers and trees. The first week of the month feels almost magical—the trees remind me of fluffy cotton candy and marshmallows! Haha. This is also the season when my favorite flower, the peony, comes into bloom. If you’ve never treated yourself to these breathtaking flowers, I highly recommend visiting your local florist and bringing some home. They’re truly a joy to have around!
