First and foremost, I love writing code and inspiring teams for software development. Ever since writing my first program in Ruby and manipulating it to produce an invoicing portal, I have been obsessed with the idea of using software to solve practical problems in the real world. Software engineering is a never ending puzzle that I am passionately engaged in solving. I believe in the power of programming to transform and improve the lives of people around the world. For my first professional contract, I was given the opportunity to lead a full UI/UX overhaul of a small start up's platform and automation. My second contract involved building a full scale ecosystem with employee sign-in, Databases, Self-made internal website editor (for staff), API of Truck mapped routes with Google, QR-code scanner with ordering automation for a National/International food retail brand (in Walmart and Publix stores across the U.S) on popular merchant websites via private running cloud servers with a self-made encryption cipher. This contract quickly turned into a full time job for 2 and a half years and I have been happily expanding my role as a software engineer ever since. Today, I am a senior engineer at MRGInnovations Software & Technology working on the construction plans and relations of all clients for software contracts we receive. Most recently, we have been implementing Artificial Intelligence & Big Data implementations to improve our own predictions models for software assembly timelines and CI/CD pipeline advancements with minimal human interaction. Most recently I have been working on home IOT automation, VR, Machine Learning Projects, and even attending hackathons to always test what MRGI has taught me. Such as an Arduino robotic arms serving me fresh coffee in the morning, or turning off all power when my phone leaves the proximity. Or creating custom modules on my weekend car with Raspberry Pi. I have recently been applying my programming skills to also create a large fitness database to track my fitness statistics, Another in autonomous robotics using neural networks and image recognition. All as ways I find to further challenge my own intellect with creativity, organization, discipline, and problem solving abilities while pursuing other hobbies in my off time. This is what keeps me up at night, a never ending thirst to create innovative products to share with the world.
