About CEO of Panic
I make videos about traveling with panic and social anxiety disorder — the messy, brave, beautiful reality of leaving your comfort zone when your brain is screaming "stay home."
If my content has helped you feel seen, less alone, or more courageous… you can support me here. Every coffee helps me keep creating, stay grounded, and show others that anxiety doesn’t get the final say. 💛
Thanks for being part of this journey.
