When Zorro, our youngest cat, was hit brutally 1 month ago by an electric car, I emailed desperately Catherine. Her response was immediate. We followed verbatim her advise. Catherine contacted us daily for the first two weeks! Amazing support for our entire family. And now Zorro is eating, walking, and his personality is coming back!
