I feel thankful for the ongoing support many members of the open source community showed me.

Unfortunately the project came to an hold but successfully reached a broad audience. Casalioy definitely sparked interest - especially across those interested in Digital sovereignty.

Many proclaimed self-hosted solutions (RAG on your device) often times rely on Google's mediapipe or similiar which ship with forced telemetry. Even though the whole thing might run locally doesn't mean your data stays locally. For example Google AI Edge Foresight heavily phones home with every metadata point possible.

In retrospect this project was a success. Thanks... Especially to the one generous person who donated and kept my motivation going.
