Hi!

My name is Carlos, I'm from Colombia, and I run my own blog about technology. You can visit it at CarlosMartelo.com (it's in Spanish, but Google Translate is enabled).

I also recently created a full site called Call Center Basics, aimed to provide information related to the world of call centers and BPOs.

Thank you for your support! :D
