🌿 Hi friends, I’m Bunny.

My passion is helping women, especially midlife and older women, discover that it’s never too late to become healthier, stronger, more confident, more adventurous, and less alone. I lead two large communities where we talk about real things: aging with power, GLP-1 journeys, building muscle, hiking, courage, and finding joy again. Every day I create relevant posts, foster conversations, and share resources that help women feel supported and capable.

This has become my life’s work, and I pour my heart into it every single day.
