I’m your princiPAL! I have just completed my 32nd year in education. Teachers, I’m one who understands and feel your pain… I know, I know you maybe thinking, how do you know how a teacher feels, you’ve been so removed from the classroom for decades. I maybe old as dirt but I’m here to tell you, I get it! I see all that you have to do, the demands, the behaviors, the parents, the lack of support and lack of pay (of which you all deserve so much more).
I’m here to keep it real! To tell you to set boundaries for yourself and build a work/life balance… Yep! I said it! It’s okay to tell your principal “No!”
I’m here to give you advice, strategies, techniques and suggestions to handle all day-to-day situations thrown your way.😫😂🥰
