I’m a dad of two young children with a full-time job that keeps me busy from morning to night. Yet, in the evenings after the kids are asleep, I carve out time to teach myself app development—one line of code at a time. I started this journey to escape the rat race and build a life where I’m more in control of my time and able to focus on what truly matters: family, friends, and all the things I love. This app was born from a simple idea I had while watching a colleague draw names from a hat to match random people together into pairs during a team building day. I thought, “I wonder if I can help him out and automate that?” and that's where Buddy Matcher was born. It’s my first step towards creating tools that make life easier, more enjoyable. Whatever you use it for, I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed making it!
