It’s been a while since I posted Bucko’s Journey and Tower progress.
It’s interesting comparing what has changed since I posted them on October 22. About 17 days ago.
Journey rank went from 30th to 24th. The Stage progress was Stage 25 Chapter 32 and now it’s Stage 28 Chapter 25.
Tower rank went from 27th to 21st. The Floors changed from Floor 386 to Floor 420.
The irony of it all is that it is very relative to everyone else. It’s all just keeping up with the Jones’s and trying to push ahead. It doesn’t feel like I’m making enough progress to keep getting higher.
Journey & Tower progress affect a lot of how well I feel about the game. For a while I was stuck in Journey but over the course of the last seven days or so I’ve made a lot of progress. Though other people did too. Tower has been way more frustrating the past four days as Floor 421 feels really insurmountable. No light bulbs have gone off yet to crack the code of which heroes to use and in which positions. The moment come though. Eventually 😂
In other news I finished The Expanse novella The Churn today. It’s a great Amos Burton / Baltimore story. Now to start Book 4 of the novels, Cibola Burn.
