My name is Khat and I’m a Melbourne based book binder and artist. I rebind pre-loved books, make journals from scratch and try and share as much of the skills of this craft as I can.

I started bookbinding because I love books and making things with my hands, and it quickly became a creative outlet I genuinely adore. There’s something incredibly satisfying about turning paper, thread and book cloth into something made to be held, used and loved again.
