i didn't sleep good last night. But the bath was productive. Finally got some stuff rolling off. And for the first time in I don't know how long, my hands were wrinkly on the palms after my soak. It weirded be out for a second and they were kinda black with stuff that came up. This morning I haven't taken a bath yet, but I put some of the mixture I have in a squeeze bottle with the oils and powder and water and I scraped it with a card like a credit card and it came off looking like used motor oil. I been using a razor blade at an angle in certain areas. Not where there's too much fat tho because the edges scratch. The card works pretty good. I don't have very good fingernails to start with but getting gunk under them feels gross and make me want to chew my nails. I been using the card technique for about 4 years, but just using coconut oil or lotion after a bath. I've seen it look like motor oil before, but I'm not sure why it looks like that

Saturday was a superb day for me...I mean I had clarity and energy. The best thing was all the f**ked up crap that happens to me on a daily basis was gone!!! I mean things were flowing in a natural way. I wasn't dropping stuff. I don't do the holidays anymore, but I had received a free turkey breast to bake and all the stuff to go with it, so I cooked it up and ended up making 7 Hot Turkey Sandwiches with potatoes and gravy and delivering it without it being a disaster to a family of 7 who are homeless living in a tent...I cleaned without the broom and dustpan constantly falling and finished some other stuff so smoothly. Then a couple, who have been my friends for about 5 years, stopped by and they said " Wow, you are looking really good!"
