My name is Blake and I'm a former F1 Performance Engineer and current LMDh Performance Engineer.
I'm currently taking a step back from full-time content creation to focus on my involvement in IMSA and WEC with the Lamborghini SC63. Maybe at some point I will be able to talk more about this, but for now the buymeacoffee will still focus on Formula 1.
I spent 10 years across Force India and Red Bull Racing. Of those 10 years, I spent 6 years as performance engineer to Paul di Resta, Sergio Perez, Daniil Kvyat and Max Verstappen.
The last four years in F1, I was a Simulator Performance Engineer at Red Bull Racing. Here I focused on helping develop the car in the simulator, and developing tools and visualisation methods to improve model correlation and improve how we understand the massive amounts of data coming through. And now I can share some of those insights with you!
The goal of this platform is to share some of the most insightful, data-driven discussions around Formula 1 with you that you're not going to get anywhere else - while also making it easy to understand!
I do my best to share a few articles every month with everyone, so feel free to follow, but for the price of a beer (or coffee) a month, our members get access to SO much data, as well as expert insight and explanation.
