I’m Kat, the dyer, maker and storyteller behind Broomstitch and the Spellbound Stitching podcast.

I create cosy, yarn-filled videos about knitting, hand-dyed yarn, pattern design, creative projects, New Zealand makers, and the everyday magic of making things by hand. My aim is to create a welcoming little corner of the internet where people can feel inspired, learn something useful, discover wonderful indie businesses, and enjoy some crafty company.

Each episode takes a lot of time to plan, film, edit and produce, and my channel is still growing towards YouTube monetisation.
