Hola todas,
I have relocated to Cantabria, a region in northern Spain. I am getting settled into a new role as an English Conversation assistant in a school through a program called NALCAP. It's a big change from working in government for the last 12 years.
Now that I have gotten settled into my new apartment and start my new job this week, I am ready to start teaching yoga again.
I added a new weekly class for Sundays at 9 AM (PDT) / 10 AM (MDT) / 11 AM (CDT) beginning October 12.
After I get my school schedule this week, I will probably add a second class since I have more time to spend on marketing now that I'll only be working part-time. So hopefully if Sunday doesn't work for you, the second class will.
With many of you planning to work on novels in November, keep your eyes out for writer focused videos on my YouTube channel and events.
I also have the goal of offering bilingual yoga classes in the spring of 2026 which could be fun for those interested in learning Spanish.
