Support Tariq

I'm working with Kenergy, an incredibly powerful transformational coach. We offer workshops online for up to 4 men. This intimate container is so each person is given the support required to ground and grow.

These workshops are weekly and designed to help fathers, brothers, husbands, men to be held accountable by each other. To embody wholeness and offer others stability through their presence, softness and attentiveness.

I intend to utilise the donations for our META ads campaign launch. Once this is successful, we will reinvest in 2 areas. One is land so we can host our own retreats.

That income will help fund our workshops further by expanding our team and/or services we offer.

The other area is The Breathwork Sanctuary which is my own creation. The style I offer is Rebirthing (soon to include Shamanic and Wim Hoff).

Initially sessions were free but now &Soul contributes £25 per group session.

I am open to offering 1-1 sessions at a competitive rate.

I would appreciate and receive donations with love to help build this ecosystem which is designed to be self-sustaining.

I'm passionate about holding and creating space for people. The intention is to connect to the truth within. To come to stillness, awareness and acceptance. Letting go of the illusion is the ultimate freedom. This is the ultimate compassion and you are blessed with choice.

We have already invested in the websites, CRM, business email, time in creating the program. It's simply a matter of launching the campaigns and running the workshops now.

The website for mens workshop is:

There's an event I will be hosting in a few weeks - 11th April. Should you wish to come - ticket proceeds will also be used to fund projects within this ecosystem.
