Learning to listen to the silent song of the heart, we can express the unique beauty that is inside, allowing us to live in a more peaceful, caring and loving way, with ourselves, each other and the world we all share
Somatic Thai Yoga Massage · Raja Yoga · Embodied Devotion
In 2013, I set out to walk from Europe to India, following the path of the heart. What began as a pilgrimage became a way of life — rooted in daily practice, deep listening, and returning home to the body.
Drawing from traditional Hatha Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Osteothai, Buddhist meditation, and trauma-informed somatic therapy, I offer heart-led bodywork and guidance for healing, integration, and self-recognition based on the teachings of Yoga.
I am dedicated to the practical application of spiritual teachings in life and my work invites you to soften, restore balance, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body — where presence, devotion, and transformation begin.
I believe Yoga is not something we do, but a way of being — a living transmission that touches every moment. Bhakti is at the heart of this path, for it is in devotion that we nourish, nurture, and care for all beings, and bring awareness to how we meet ourselves and the world around us.
You’re warmly invited to receive a Thai Massage — a healing dance of touch and deep presence — or to journey with me through the meditative practices of Yoga.

The body is the mirror of the mind — holding our experiences and shaping how we move, feel, and relate. Through touch, presence, and awareness, we can begin to unwind the patterns that no longer serve us, creating space for something new to emerge. There is deep medicine in the breath, in devotion, and in allowing nature to do what it knows best — restore balance.
If you want to find direction in life and play sweet music, you have to understand the vessel that transports you through life. For this, you have to connect to the source, the heart, and learn to listen deeply, making the adjustments when necessary, according to the ever changing circumstances of life.
Blessings and light,
David
