If you Can Dream It ... You can Be It!

If you Can Dream It ... You can Be It!

Oct 22, 2024

I have been having some wild dreams lately. They seem so real, and often times I can hold on to them for hours after I wake up, which is unusual. The dreams aren't always happy or sad, but they are sometimes deeply sad.

For example, last week or so I had a dream that was so real and deeply sad that I couldn't stop crying for hours after I woke up. I was legit almost throwing up from crying so sad. I just can't even describe the feeling, and I don't wish that upon anyone.

With all that said, dreams are a gentle remind of times past, what's to come, and what could be.

From the joyous moments of our future goals to the melancholy days of today, dreams can be an inspiration to us. Just be sure to use a journal to track those dreams, and write how you're feeling upon waking up after said dream. Grab the journal I created here on Amazon.

When you start documenting your dreams, in time you'll see this recurring pattern. The pattern may tell you things about healing, or they may inspire you to do things today that you've always dreamed of. This could be a way to help you get past the human worries that you're not good enough or that no one will buy your book.

These are all the human emotions we get when we think that we are less than or better than another person. Here's a fun fact - none of us are less than or better than the other. In fact, we're all pretty much one united energy field so when another human is feeling less than worthy, they are bringing down the light of the rest of our fellow brothers & sisters.

This is why I am a huge advocate for changing your habits and learning how to uplift your life one tiny change at a time. The more of us that can start to feel better by documenting our dreams, and adjusting our daily choices, the more people we can uplift in this world simply by showing up as the light that we shine so bright.

How can you get there?

Well, I say the first step is to start documenting your dreams and journaling your feelings. Each of these steps can help you start to evaluate where you're at today. In addition, if you're feeling very down and woeful, consider getting into a therapist. Counseling has been an amazing tool in my toolbox over the years to help me decipher the current events in my life, and to find my strength to clibm back up to shine bright.

There are many options for those who are feeling off kilter, and you will only know what works for you when you open to trying new coping strategies. I know people who go to the gym and workout or go to boxing to work out those weird vibes so that they can continue on in life feeling more confident about their path.

What's your chosen method for coping with difficult times? And do you journal about feelings or dreams? Let me know in a comment below. Together we can help each other with new ideas and uplifting thoughts.
