Box of feels grew out of a simple idea I've used for years: when life piles up, you name what you're carrying, put it in a box, and deal with it when you're ready. Naming a feeling is the first step to handling it. I built this app so that step is easier for anyone who needs it. I've lived with bipolar type I, for 20 years, so I know from the inside what it's like when the feelings get big. I also know it can be managed alongside family, work and a full life.
