I build small, free Windows utilities and give them away. Right now that's Sharingan Tray Monitor — an animated eye that sits in your system tray and reacts to real system load. It stays dormant when your machine is idle and awakens as CPU or RAM usage climbs, spinning faster the harder things get. Fully customisable, and it draws every frame from scratch in code. Everything I make is free and open source. No paywalls, no locked features, no nags. If something I built made your desktop a little better, a coffee is a genuinely nice way to say so.
