I'm Jefferson, passionate about technology, especially in the area of data. I build small, free, open-source tools that fix problems I keep running into at work, and I give them away.
The idea is always the same: take something everyone quietly puts up with, and make the honest version. The most recent one is ClearJD, an open template for job descriptions that answers what actually decides whether you apply, how many interview rounds, when you'll hear back, whether "remote" is really remote, who employs you, and what it pays, instead of burying it. There's more coming, mostly around data and the way teams work with it.
Everything I make is free and stays free. No paywalls, no "pro" tier, no account, no tracking.

Sou o Jefferson, apaixonado por tecnologia, especialmente na área de dados. Construo ferramentas pequenas, gratuitas e open source para resolver problemas com que vou esbarrando no trabalho, e ponho-as à disposição de quem quiser.
A ideia é sempre a mesma: pegar em algo que toda a gente aturou em silêncio e fazer a versão honesta. A mais recente é o ClearJD, um template aberto para descrições de vagas que responde ao que realmente decide se te candidatas, quantas fases de entrevista, quando recebes resposta, se "remoto" é mesmo remoto, quem te contrata e quanto paga, em vez de esconder tudo isso. Vem mais a caminho, sobretudo à volta de dados e da forma como as equipas trabalham com eles.
Tudo o que faço é gratuito e continua gratuito. Sem paywalls, sem versão "pro", sem conta, sem tracking.
