Why I Stopped Talking About Everything… ...

Why I Stopped Talking About Everything… and What Happened Next

Nov 21, 2025

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about creating content… it’s this:

You don’t need to talk about everything. You just need to talk about one thing long enough for people to actually remember it.

I used to feel like I had to talk about something different every time I posted… and it left me drained and out of ideas.

It’s not that talking about different topics is wrong…

it was just too much all at once.

I’ve done a lot of learning on content creation, and I finally learned that repetition is what has given my content direction.

It’s made me clear.

It’s made me consistent.

And… it’s made my life so much easier.

When you choose one thing to focus on, everything becomes more organized. Your stories, your captions, your reels, your ideas… they all point back to the same place. And that’s what creates momentum.

So how can you do it too?

Choose one topic… and talk about it for a month.

Yes, a whole month.

If your focus is neck pain, then everything you talk about points back to neck pain:

  • why people get it

  • what causes it

  • stretches

  • home care

  • how massage helps

  • a client story

  • a myth people believe

That’s how people start recognizing you for something.

That’s how they remember what you do.

And that’s how, the next time someone feels neck pain or a therapist wants to try a new neck stretch, they both think…

Let me check that therapist who always talks about neck pain.

Here’s what I chose for myself.

I didn’t choose one, I chose three.

(You don’t have to do that… this is just what works for me.)

For the last three months, I’ve been intentionally repeating the three things I offer: my templates, my audits, and the Achedaway Mini Scraper. That’s the part of my content I keep consistent so people remember what I offer… even while I still share massage tips, advice, and fun content.

1. My Templates

They help therapists save time, show up consistently, and look professional without spending hours designing posts.

2. My Audits

These have become one of my favorite things to do.

I help therapists fix their Instagram bios so their account becomes clearer, stronger, and more aligned with what they actually offer.

3. The Achedaway Mini Scraper

This tool is literally saving my hands, and it’s the product I get the most questions about. It fits perfectly into my brand, and it’s something my audience genuinely benefits from.

And that’s it.

I talk about these three things over and over again.

Not because I don’t have other ideas… but because consistency builds recognition, and recognition builds trust.

This isn’t about limiting yourself.

It’s about giving your content PURPOSE.

You can still share lifestyle moments… behind the scenes… tips and facts… encouragement… all the things that make you, you.

But your main message stays anchored to one focus at a time.

Try it for a month.

Pick one thing your ideal client struggles with… and stay with it.

You’ll feel more organized.

Your content will feel easier.

And your audience will finally understand and remember what you offer.

I wrote this with anyone in mind who feels scattered, overwhelmed, or just out of ideas… and I hope it makes your social media feel a little easier to manage.

Keep stopping by here, I share exclusive posts, tips, insights, and sometimes even my personal thoughts. 💚
