I'm a scientist based in Melbourne, Australia, and my expertise lies in Immunology and Regenerative Medicine. I completed my PhD on anti-inflammatory processes triggered by the immune system that help our body heal and regenerate. This led me to develop a deep interest in evidence-based medicine, particularly in the topic of immunity and its relationship with overall physical and mental wellness. I am now trying to explore my passion for science and writing, by sharing my knowledge and insights with a broader audience on social media platforms. This is still a work in progress but I eventually hope to establish a presence online and spread valuable information in an accessible and engaging manner.

I believe we're constantly learning and evolving as human beings, and I'm always looking to cultivate greater meaning in my own life. Outside of academia, I enjoy reading and writing about productivity, mindfulness, and self-development or self-improvement, so I'd love to share my thoughts on this too.

If you would like to graciously support my creativity and efforts in this direction, I'd be so glad to receive a cup of coffee from you! ☕️

Your support would truly inspire me to keep creating such content with the hope of inspiring and helping others through my words! 😊

Regardless, I'm humbled by your interest in my work and truly appreciate you stopping by!

Thanks,
Bhavana
