Dear author,
are you struggling to think and talk like Jesus?
Do you desire to write that book the Jesus way, but you don't seem to pull it out?
You're not alone. Many years ago, I struggled to think and talk like Jesus, not because I didn't want to live and talk like Jesus. The reason was simple, I didn't let my consciousness of my divinity control everything about my life.
I found out in God's Word how Jesus talked and responded to certain realities. This changed my writing life.
I became deeply in love with the scriptures.
Everything about me became Jesus centered.
Now here's the thing.
It's so important to think and talk like Jesus as you write that book or seek book ideas from the Holy Spirit.
Why? As He is, so are we in this world.
See that?
You can't think like the world and expect to write an impactful message from the Holy Spirit.
You can't talk like the world and expect to win souls for the kingdom.
You can't judge and condemn people and expect to win them through your book.
Impossible!
Remember that nobody ever talked like Jesus. He spoke the most profound and sublime words ever, with such confidence and audacity that beats the natural mind.
The same Jesus wants you to write that book today, with profound words that beats the natural minds.
Think about what He said in John 6:38 He said: "For I came down from heaven...." He was unapologetic about His identity and origin, and that's how we ought to be.
Are you unapologetic about your origin in Christ? Are you unapologetic about your calling as a writer? Be unapologetic about your writing journey. That's how we ought to be.
So, like the Lord Jesus, boldly affirm who you are. Affirm that you're called to write for Him(Our Lord Jesus). Affirm that nothing can stop your message from reaching billion souls. This is how you must think, talk, and live.
Confidently declare as you write your devotional, that anyone who reads your words shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life. Speak words of power about yourself as you write that Christian novel, remember He said you're the light of the world in Mathew 5:14 AMPC, "You are the light of the world..."
Be conscious of who you are in Christ; be bold to call yourself what God has called you.
Let your written words bring many to Jesus. All you need to do is choose to live as successful as Jesus did by following His example and the principles by which He lived. Become conscious of the God-life in you and boldly speak, write and live accordingly.
Write that book!
Reach billion souls!
And make Jesus proud!
