The Blokes Book is a free to community printed magazine style 50 page booklet, supporting Mens health, created to appeal to all people, and all ages to support wellbeing in our community.
Through information and tips on health and wellbeing as well as local support network, we believe keeping it local is vital to a thriving and happy community. We are grateful to the businesses that supported the publication through their adverts and the many services that provided information to ensure the information remains relevant and up to date.
