Black Metal Pole Choreo Workshop Recording

In this 1hr hard style pole choreo to Satyricon’s “Black Crow on a Tombstone” we’ll be dropping and twirling in my most BONKERS choreo to date. Wear heels AND kneepads friends 🙏🏼 This choreo is all levels, and it’s perfect if you wanna challenge your skills (and ears) :D
